Delivery address

Our delivery address is listed here.

The Store does not process orders placed with external suppliers via Hosted Catalogues. We do receive and dispatch these orders to you, please wait for a confirmation email before you come to collect.

If you have not received a confirmation email and you believe your parcel has arrived, you will need to ask the supplier or courier company for proof of delivery (POD) so you can track the exact place it has been delivered.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Last collection of goods (orders and deliveries) is 3:45pm.
  • All dangerous goods and cold deliveries must be collected same day especially -80's.

    Collections

    External Orders

    An email will be sent to the person or group advising the order/delivery is ready for collection. You will need to sign or show staff ID upon collection. NOTE: It can be very difficult to contact and arrange pick up for cold items after 3:30pm especially -80 deliveries, and there is no appropriate storage for them. All dangerous goods must be collected same day. If you cannot collect any urgent items in time please notify us of an alternate contact.

    Store Orders

    Please collect your order once you have received an email, not prior. A Collection time is to be arranged for the following:

    • Liquid Nitrogen
    • Gas Cylinders                                                                                                                                            

    Chemicals must be collected same day.
