Change of mind: A credit will be issued provided you return the items within 2 days, you produce your original order documentation or requisition number and the items is in resealable condition (original packaging including manuals, unworn, unopened, unused and in original condition).
Other returns: A credit or exchange will be provided where the product is faulty, or the product has expired, or the product is not fit for intended purpose, or the product does not match our description.
Gas cylinders & liquid nitrogen: A credit or exchange will not be provided where the seal of a cylinder has been opened or liquid nitrogen has been dispensed.
To limit the need for returns please check items thoroughly at collection. If unsure of an item description or use please check with the Store prior to ordering.
